After have been disturbed by qTranslate message:

This version of qTranslate has not been tested with your Wordpress version. To prevent Wordpress from malfunctioning, the qTranslate Editor has been disabled. You can reenable it by clicking here (may cause data loss!). To remove this message, please update qTranslate to the corresponding version.

finally, qTranslate has been upgraded recently. Thanks to its developer for making this works nicely. Now, I can use qTranslate for bilingual blogging without comfort.

If you are using WP 2.8.x, and qTranslate for bilingual support, upgrade your qTranslate. I think it is better using automatic update in your wp-admin. See the qTranslate version for Wordpress 2.8Setelah beberapa lama terganggu dengan pesan dari qTranslate:

This version of qTranslate has not been tested with your Wordpress version. To prevent Wordpress from malfunctioning, the qTranslate Editor has been disabled. You can reenable it by clicking here (may cause data loss!). To remove this message, please update qTranslate to the corresponding version.

Machine translation in blogs or websites is probably the easiest way of helping readers from different countries communicate. Even if a blogger writes in Spanish and a reader speaks English, or vice versa, both of them can still understand each other.

Today, people are blogging in multiple languages to create a conversation with readers outside the English Speaking blogosphere. Free language translation tools let bloggers post messages simultaneously in English, German, French, Spanish and other languages.

The most popular free Web-based language translation tools are offered by Google, AltaVista Babelfish and WorldLingo. Using these services, web audiences who speak English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Greek, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Japanese, Korean or Russian will be able to translate websites into their native language.

With over 65% of web users speaking a language other than English, providing the means of translating websites with English content to another language is very essential. Your multilingual website becomes more accessible and popular if users can translate your website content into their native language.

Most of Blogger or WordPres Self Hosted user provide a translation box in their website or blog. So to translate a webpage, you simply type in the URL of the website, choose the source and target language, and click the Translate button. [World Lingo, Google Translate, BabelFish Translate]. This is the easy ways to make multilanguages website, althoung the translation of the webpage is still “dirty”.

Fortunately, the special features for WordPress Self Hosted *like me too*, there are several plugins that we can use to make multilanguages blog, see:
